Please get in touch via email, phone or Whatsapp to discuss your cats needs and the services we offer. Please note that if we are unable to answer the phone, we are probably grooming a cat, therefore please leave a voicemail with your details (name, number and postcode) and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

 

We can give an estimate of cost, however we will need to assess your cat in person before a final cost is confirmed.

 

To secure your booking, a deposit of £30 will be requested via bank transfer or Paypal. We will confirm the payment details on your booking confirmation email. Your booking will be held for 24 hours, during which if the deposit has not been received, the booking will be released. Your deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled with over 72 hours' notice. We regret that deposits for cancellations within 72 hours of the booking cannot be refunded.
